High Horse Mercantile is my itty-bitty side hustle with a big passion behind it. As a woman in my 40s who has always loved clothing and accessories, I started this shop to bring in a little extra income—while also offering stylish, convenient options for women like me who prefer to "add to cart" rather than roam store aisles.

Living in Hemingway, SC, where shopping options are scarce (unless you're up for a 45-minute drive), I wanted to create a place where fashion lovers in small towns—or anywhere—could find pieces they love without the hassle of in-person shopping. I run High Horse Mercantile right out of a spare bedroom in my home, with my boyfriend handling the printing, pressing, and heavy lifting, and a tribe of incredible friends who always have my back.
