At High Horse Mercantile, I want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here’s how returns work: 

✅ Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. 

✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable). 

✅ Sale items and custom/personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned. 

✅ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

To start a return, please email HighHorseMercantile@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item.
